Please review the following terms before placing an order with Prestige Insulation.
Payment is due upon delivery via Zelle, Venmo, or check. Orders are not released for delivery until payment terms are confirmed. By completing payment, the customer agrees to all terms stated herein.
All sales are final. Products are non-returnable and non-refundable once an order is confirmed. Prestige Insulation does not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances after order confirmation.
The customer is responsible for verifying all quantities, specifications, pricing, and delivery details before purchase. It is the customer's obligation to ensure that the materials ordered meet project requirements prior to confirming the order.
Any shortages, damages, defects, or discrepancies must be reported in writing to Prestige Insulation within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered. Written notice must include the order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where applicable.
By completing payment for an invoice, the customer confirms receipt and acceptance of all delivered materials and agrees to these terms in full. Acceptance of delivery constitutes acknowledgment that all materials were received in satisfactory condition unless written notice of discrepancy is provided within the 48-hour window described above.
Prestige Insulation's liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including delays, lost profits, or labor costs resulting from material defects or delivery issues.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from transactions with Prestige Insulation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New York.
